Creating a new habit is a process of educating the subconscious. First: Begin with concentration. Allow your conscience mind to listen to every aspect of what you want and what your new intention is to be.
Second: Recognize that the subconscious will take over your consciences and create a new attitude habit. This is best done with the help of affirmations and visualizations.
Third: Trust your subconscious. Don’t worry about it. Don’t TRY to make it happen. Allow the Universe to do the heavy lifting to form your new habit.
These three steps: Concentration…recognitions…and trust, are the key to building a new habit. But you need s to be willing to pay the price of change.
